You guys I had to share this recipe because I tried it last night and it was delicious….and of course a great healthy option for a quick dinner! It seriously took only about 30 minutes which is a amazing because after working a full day I don’t feel like spending hours making dinner and the beans offer a great source of protein which is an added bonus! I used soft corn tortillas to make the dish gluten-free
BLACK BEAN TACOS
Time: 30 minutes
1 can black beans
3 tablespoon chili powder
½ tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons of cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ tablespoon salt
Drain and rinse black beans, cook for 5-8 min. in pan over med-heat.
Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt.
Once fully mixed, put seasoned beans into taco shells & top as desired.
