BRAZILIAN CHEESE BREAD y’all!! I am going to preface this post by saying it has been almost exactly ten years since I have tasted actual bread, BUT these little pop-over like creations are to die for…even for people who can eat the real thing!
As someone who was diagnosed with a ton of food allergies almost a decade ago but previously was a connoisseur of anything that contained wheat, this recipe was a god-send. My brother was actually the one who came across these little nuggets of happiness a few years ago and sent the recipe over to me. They are gluten-free but you would never know it and super easy and quick to make. I usually eat them as soon as they get out of the oven (because my self-control is lacking when it comes to carbs) with just a little bit of butter on top.
