This is a good post to encounter on a Monday morning. It’s got good advice, but not to an overwhelming degree: I’m inspired, but not intimidated. I’m going to use it to try to make it a good week, existing issues notwithstanding. They remain whether I focus on the positive or not.
It took me a while to get my sleep under control also! For me, it was creating and sticking to the same routine as much as possible. I find if I go to bed and wake up around the same time each day I sleep and feel so much better! Thanks for stopping by!!
I remember how Pierre Omidyar (founder of eBay) used to joke about how people now take pictures of words to post them online — he said that *well over* a decade ago ๐ ).
IDK why the concept of *pictures of words* (versus “actual” written text) seems to also drain my energy … but somehow it does … it irritates me. There seems to be no way for humans to *search* for those words, but I imagine most large corperations like GOOG or FB have OCR machinery pretty much 99.9% figured out by now). Yet again: they’re *WATCHING* us! ๐
Listening to the mostly negative news. Sometimes I quit listening, but then I feel out of touch. There are so many things to be positive about in the world. I’m working to stay focused on the positives.
These are great tips! I was just saying today how I can feel the difference in my body cause Iโve been eating a lot of junk this week. My energy is low and itโs been harder to think which in turn has made it harder to stay productive.
I am new to the world of blogging, but I am really enjoying it. It allows one to create bridges and links to connect with those that are like minded to share with. I hope everyone is having a great day! Nice post Beth!
Wonderful post Beth…..Everyone should be really mindful about what’s draining their energy….. you have enough time to dream and achieve don’t limit yourself.
Junk sleep is a problem for me definitely and up until recently a sedentary lifestyle. Started a job recently, working nights and very physical work. Sleep is more important than ever now – would love to get a full 7hrs sleep!
Each individual is unique and every circumstance is different, but getting enough sleep/rest, eating healthy, moving on, staying positive, and keeping active can contribute to a higher vibrational energy.
First and foremost everything starts with God.
I am not at all trying to preach or anything. Just acknowledging that he is the ultimate source for maintaining peace along with the rejuvenating and favorable energy that sustains one.
Dwelling on the past and the negative are especially relevant right now! Many people are bemoaning 2020 and 2021. Yes, the last couple of years have been hard and brought many challenges. I am not denying this. However, but focusing 90% of our energy on what has gone wrong for the last two years sabotages our future. As someone with an anxiety disorder, I must remind myself of this often!
cool shot!

Did you make this infographic yourself?

The information was very helpful. Thank you. I’m trying to prioritize my sleep, but it’s going to take a greater effort.
