80 Day Obsession

Ok so I was skeptical going in to this program because I didn’t think I would be able to find one I love as much as I love LIIFT4 but I have actually become obsessed with 80 Day Obsession!  This program is meant to lean you out with an emphasis on building a rounder butt and firmer more defined abs….two things I will readily admit wanting to accomplish!  See my actual results below!  I leaned out, gained even more muscle and probably most importantly surprised myself that I saw the whole program through successfully!  What a difference 3 months can make!
