Saturday sweat session in the books! 👊 Finishing up week 3 of #mbfa with a killer ab workout today. I will definitely be repeating both these programs, #mbf and #mbfa, as I am so happy with the results I have gotten. 🤗 I feel so much stronger after just six weeks and am totaling digging seeing my muscles grow and how my body is responding to the symmetrical and asymmetrical moves the program incorporates. 💪 I am definitely addicted to getting stronger these days. I no longer have a desire to be skinny like I once did. I want to be strong and healthy and do everything I can to help my body thrive. So thankful I have finally found programs that keep me coming back and that I truly enjoy doing so I can live my healthiest life. There is no looking back for me now...this is a lifestyle that I love living and is finally here for good! 👍

Sometimes you need to just unplug, strap yourself to a board and hurl yourself down a mountain on a randomly beautiful Monday! 🏂 I used to snowboard all the time. 🚲 I used to mountain bike all the time. I used to rock climb all the time. 🧗‍♀️ I stopped doing them all about ten years ago when life got “too busy” and being active fell way down on my priority list. Three years ago when I finally got fed up with how I was looking and feeling I slowly started to gain the confidence and motivation back to rediscover these sports/hobbies I once loved so much. 💕 I never would have thought committing to one superfood shake and some home workouts could have changed my life so much but I can honestly say I am happier and of course healthier than I have been in years! 🙌 Already can’t wait to get back out there! Happy Monday y’all!! 😘

Just when I thought I was in pretty decent shape, I pressed play on #mbf and then #mbfa and I was squarely put in my place! 😮 After five weeks I have never felt stronger or more excited about the results I am getting! 💪 I am so challenged by every workout that after each one I have the biggest smile on my face because I am so pumped that I made it through. 😁 Isn’t that the best feeling y’all? Being proud of yourself for accomplishing hard things?!? 👊 Going to for sure redo both these programs so if you are looking to challenge yourself and build some muscle while having a blast doing it, let me know and we can do it together! First of all, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Texas right now! 🙏 Stay strong out there! Thinking about what is going on across the country, it made me feel extra grateful for the warm shower I just took and heat I have on in my house. So I wanted to dedicate this post to all things gratitude. 💕 I will go first! I am beyond grateful that I am in good health and able to workout when and how I want to. I am grateful for the health of all my friends and family and of course of my fur babies! 🐶🐶 I am grateful for a full fridge full of (mostly) 🍫🥕healthy food, the roof over my head and the big comfy bed I get in every night. I am grateful always but maybe a little extra tonight for all those things we may sometimes take for granted because I know not everyone is as lucky. So now it’s your turn! Tell me at least one thing you feel extra grateful for today! Can’t wait to hear! Xoxoxo 😍

Got my 30 minutes in first thing this morning like I usually do and yep I really am this happy about it! 🤗 I am in between programs this weekend as I just finished #mbf and am starting #mbfa on Monday so I fired up probably my favorite workout on the entire platform, a #LIIFT4 shoulder workout 💪 and this is me at the end of it! There are very few feelings as good as a finished workout, especially when you love the workout itself! You guys it is so important to find or create a workout program that you don’t totally hate and if your really lucky one that you actually look forward to each day. 🙌 Let’s face it, working out is hard, mentally and physically, so set yourself up for success and find something that keeps you coming back. And hey, if you are looking for that very thing message me to join me on Monday for a totally kick ass program that is guaranteed to have you smiling just like I was today! 😊

I needed this ride so badly today you guys...holy heck! 😮 It’s been a few weeks of just to go, go, go and work, work, work which I am not complaining about because I enjoy being busy and grateful everyday that I wake up and have a job to go to, but being connected 24/7 is not healthy either. Getting out on my bike in the woods for a couple hours where I am doing nothing but riding and only thinking about what is coming up next on the trail is so freaking good for my soul! 🚵‍♀️ Even in the cold, I would rather be outside in the fresh air than sitting on my butt staring at a screen. So thank you to Mother Nature for giving us such a nice day today and letting me refresh and recharge! 🥰☀️ I feel a million times better and am ready to crush my day tomorrow! 👊 Happy almost Friyay everyone!! 🎉🤗
