This is the latest program I conquered you guys! I loved the original 21 Day Fix so much that as soon as I finished that program I jumped right into the Extreme version… and oh boy did it live up to it’s name! The original 21 Day Fix is designed to help you shed the weight and tone up in short, focused workouts (they are all 30 minutes!!). Extreme builds on that foundation and kicks it up a notch! It is all about getting lean and shredded…and in true 21 Day Fix fashion these workouts are all just 30 minutes as well!
Nutrition is also a huge focus of this program just like the original. Extreme combines simple portion control, clean eating, and extreme 30-minute workouts to help you finally get the lean, defined hardbody you’ve always wanted. Drop 15 pounds with the original and then come back to get those muscles popping in Extreme!
Extreme offers the same variety of workouts as the original so you are doing a different workout everyday! This variety is so crucial to keep you from getting bored but also an excellent way to challenge different parts of your body all throughout the week!
