This is the next program I am starting y’all! Super excited to give this one a try because it is consistently voted the most popular program out there. What’s great about this one is all the workouts are just 30 minutes, you get to workout a different muscle group each day and it even incorporates Pilates and Yoga!!
The weekly schedule looks something like this:
- Total Body Cardio
- Upper Body
- Lower Body
- Total Body Circuits with Weights
This program also comes with a really easy to follow food list, recipes and eating plan to help with the nutrition part of this health and fitness journey. The big focus with this program is portion control. It is designed to take the guess work out of what you are eating and how much. You get 6 differently sized containers and information about exactly what foods to put in which containers. And with workouts that are just 30 minutes how can you not get results!
